I have cats... I used to have one cat, and then he had to start living outside due to behavioral issues that couldn't be resolved. After his move outdoors he's brought me lots of new friends who like to share his food and get hugged up when I out to spend time with him. The more the merrier, at least until I can get the strays fixed!

I have 3 cats, all rescues, and I am constantly struggling to avoid adopting more!! I'm going to be a crazy cat lady by the time I'm 30... if I'm not one already! :P

I have 4 cats that were all rescued from different places. My little girl cat (Stella) was rescued from a corn field where someone just dropped her off. My 2 oldest boys (Hyde and Jordi) were found outside an apartment complex. Both had fleas and ear mites and were malnourished. My third oldest boy (Kelso) was found outside my sister-in-laws house where the neighbor kept throwing water on him to get him to leave. He had worms, fleas and descended testacles. He was probably in the worst shape. I have had them all for over 10 years now and don't know what I would do without them.

I am allergic to kitteh's but glad that I can see them on the internet, because I really do love them! It's just my body that doesn't! I am currently petless, but not because I want to be. Keeping any eye out for that perfect new family member to bring home. We had a Jack Russell Terrier until about a year ago.
ReplyDeleteI have two girls, they are sisters (littermates) and are 6 years old. They are half black lab, and half your guess is as good as mine (their daddy is unknown). And although some people just don't get it, they are not "pets" they are family. My girls are as much my kids as my son is.

I have plenty of pets!! 3 dogs, 2 pygmy goats that think they're dogs, 2 cats, 2 bearded dragons + 22 bearded dragon eggs in a makeshift incubator, 2 Sulcata tortoises, 1 California Desert Tortoise (I've had him since I was 2 years old), 1 box turtle, and 2 60-gallon aquariums full of very fertile fish.

I have 5 FIV+ rescued cats. I adopted ONE, and took in the others under duress. Actually, it was a threat that they would be put down due to their FIV status, and I'm a sucker. :-) They're my sweet boys, and they're very good with my (also rescued) Pomeranian.

I have a cat, Chin, who is incredibly old, but loving! He wakes me up every morning by head butting my face. But, since he's so old, I also get cat drool that drips from his mouth and onto my face. I still love him, though.

I don't have any pets at home, but since I really like cats, I consider every cat I see on the street as my pet! :) I try to feed and pet as many homeless animals as I can. And when I see that they are not hungry or cold, it's really the best reward for me!!!
